1992, Split. The war in Croatia is in full swing. But Split is like Saigon: a city where life seems to go on as normal. But part of this normality are also detonations in the distance, refugees, and soldiers spending their holidays in the coastal city. One night, a group of soldiers decide to avenge their dead commander by blowing up the house of a Serbian butcher. But there is an unwanted witness: his daughter.
