Ezan

Ezan is a masterfully woven lyrical novel of epic proportions. It is set in the times of the Ottoman wars around the year 1530 and sets out to describe Muslim culture as well as the events – from Szigetvár to Anatolia – that have shaped the Balkans. Most importantly though, it tells the story of how the little boy Luka became the man Ibrahim.
