Elena Koneska Svetieva

Elena Koneska Svetieva was born on 9th May  1980 in Prilep. She studied German language and literature at the Philological Faculty “Blaže Koneski” in Skopje. She works as a translator and interpreter from the German. She also writes short stories, prose texts, and essays. As a literary translator, she has translated works by Timur Vermes, Erich Kästner, Wilhelm Genazino, Katharina Winkler and Saša Stanišić into Macedonian.
