Home of the Kocsis is now in Switzerland, but it is a difficult home, and it is in no way their native land – even though they run a cafeteria and their children grew up there. The parents have at least made it, but Switzerland is sometimes too much to handle for the daughters, especially Ildiko: they accepted the new country, but the new country does not always accept them. It is enough only to hear the quarrels of cafeteria employees, coming from different ex-Yugoslav republics, to stop wondering about this strange Europe in which there is no perception and no knowledge of one another. Is love and the retreat into the private life really the only way out?
