Uranijumska braća

Serbia
Serbian
Fiction
2014

A German police official loses his son in the Kosovo war. A talkative and weathered Kosovar Rom moves to Germany with his three wives and eleven children. A mysterious uranium poisoning kills several KFOR soldiers. A life story that is paved from the beginning with poverty, discrimination and violence, but also joie de vivre and love. Do the two men have more in common than it seems at first? A text that is as poetic as it is realistic, and that does not shy away from brutal moments and folkloric humour.
