The composer Pol Gjakova is dead. Many say he took his own life, others believe he was murdered. Born in Albania in the 1950s, Pol Gjakova, a former student of the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome, was a renowned composer and had recently begun composing his first Albanian opera. Meanwhile, his family was persecuted by the regime, and he found himself in prison, from which he was taken home every day. His handcuffs were removed, and he was left at the piano, where he was forced to work for the Communist Party. During this time, he met a girl, Klara Deda, an actress at the Shkodra City Theatre, who would become his femme fatale. Actually, in dictatorships, there are no suicides. There are only murders.
