Pavle Goranović, born in 1973 in Nikšić, Montenegro, studied philosophy. In addition to poetry, he also writes prose, essays and literary criticism. He published his first volume of poetry in 1994 under the title Ornamentika noći, numerous others followed. His poetry has been translated into several languages.
