Jernej Kosi

Jernej Kosi holds a PhD in history and works as an assistant professor and researcher at Ljubljana University. His two main research topics are the First World War and the resulting refugee crisis, and the history of identity and identification on the territory of present-day Slovenia in the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. On the latter topic, he published Kako je nastal slovenski narod. Začetki slovenskega nacionalnega gibanja v prvi polovici 19. stoletja in 2013. Part of his research was also conducted at Vienna University, among other places.
