Danilo Brajović was born in Shkodra / Skadar in 1978. In 1991, he moved to Podgorica, where he completed his schooling. In Nikšić he studied Montenegrin and Serbian language and literature, as well as Italian. In 2010, he obtained a Master of Science degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Science in Podgorica. Brajović works as a court interpreter (Albanian) and as a literary translator. His translations include more than 15 textbooks for schools in Albania as well as two plays and the novel Secili çmendet simbas mënyrës së vet by Stefan Çapaliku.
