Christoph W. Bauer

Christoph W. Bauer, born in Carinthia in 1968, grew up in Tyrol. He writes poetry, prose, essays and radio plays and also does translations. For his numerous publications he received several awards, including the Audience Prize at the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition (2002), the Carinthian Poetry Prize (2014) and the Tyrolean State Prize for Art (2015). His works include the poetry collections orange sind die äpfel blau and stromern (both 2015) and the novel Niemandskinder (2019).
