In 45 brief chapters, Lovey draws the portrait of an enigmatic, increasingly fragile man who refuses to acknowledge death as a personal possibility, while at the same time offering a precise, gently ironic picture of our present. Awarded, among others, the Swiss Literature Prize 2025 and the Prix Michel-Dentan 2024.
