Aleš Mustar

Aleš Mustar, born in Ljubljana in 1968, is a freelance poet and literary translator. He studied English language and literature at the University of Ljubljana and received his PhD in Romanian literature from the University of Bucharest. Aleš Mustar translates literature from Romanian and Macedonian into Slovenian, his translations include more than 25 works. His volume of poetry (U) sodno tolmačenje has been published in English and Macedonian translation. In addition to his work as a translator and poet, he writes texts for alternative theatre productions.
