Moje rijeke

Pain, grief and disappointment are inscribed in the poems collected in the volume My Rivers. Recent history, war, but also exile and remembering/forgetting are reflected in the four rivers Una, Drina, Loire and Spree, but also in the images of Beyond the River, as a fifth chapter is titled. ‘I am convinced that this is one of the best volumes of poetry written in our language in recent times. Even if it is not the most perfect book, it is like a torrent, an all-consuming body of water. It is impossible to remain indifferent,’ wrote critic Vladimir Arsenić about the book.
