Ljepši kraj

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Bosnian
Fiction

A remote wooden hut in Bosnia, a rented room in Oslo, in between Croatia, Brazil, India, and everything that such a life consists of: lots of snow, lots of women, lots of hangover mood, lots of traveling, lots of loneliness, here and there a Wahhabite, and a small dog. Writing in the same direct, humorous, self-ironic, sometimes cruel, sometimes naive but always honest voice with which he fascinated the readers of his first novel Nigdje, niotkuda [Nowhere, from Nowhere], he repeats the feat in his new novel Ljepši kraj.
