Gregor der Löwe

Gregor the Lion is tired and only wants to do one thing: finally sleep. But the frogs keep making noise, the ants crawl around him, the monkeys pull jokes on him and the leaves rustle too loudly. Gregor only wants a moment of rest – is that too much to ask? “I know how you can get some peace,” says the little bird. It takes Gregor on a journey, at the end of which both of them will be sound asleep … The Slovenian artist Manica Musil has created an unmistakable visual language with her works of art. Her stories have been translated into various languages and conquered the whole globe (China, India, Pakistan, U.S.A.).
