Vlad Zografi

Vlad Zografi, born in 1960, is a Romanian playwright and author. In 1994 he was awarded his PhD in Atomic Physics from University Paris-Sud (Orsay). He made his literary debut in 1990 when one of his stories got published in the prestigious literary journal România literară. Since then he has become one of Romania’s preeminent and most popular playwrights. His plays are staged throughout the world. In addition, Zografi has published several novels, including Efectele secundare ale vieții, which came out in 2016.
