Peter Bartl

Prof. Dr. Peter Bartl was born in 1938 in Cottbus. He studied Slavic Studies, Turkish Studies and East European History in Göttingen and Munich. Since 1980 he has been Professor at the Department for the History of East Europe and South Eastern Europe at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich.
