Maja Razbojnikova-Frateva

Maja Razbojnikova-Frateva studied German language and literature at St. Kliment Ochridski University in Sofia and completed her doctorate in literature in Leipzig. She has been a professor of German literature at St Kliment Ochridski University since 2015. Her academic publications deal with literary works of the 19th, 20th and 21st century. As a translator, she has received several awards for her work: she translates fiction, poetry and scientific literature from German into Bulgarian, including works by Elfriede Jelinek and Rainer Maria Rilke.
