Laura Albulescu

Laura Albulescu (1977-2021) studied sociology, literary theory and comparative literature in Bucharest. She obtained her doctorate in philology in 2012 with a thesis dedicated to the literary sociology of Pierre Bourdieu. She was a translator from English and French to Romanian and the editor-in-chief for the Romanian publishing house Editura ART, a position that she held for 15 years.
