Johanna Maxl

Johanna Maxl has so far used her literary texts mainly in performances and installations. Together with the artist Jakub Šimčik, she runs the interdisciplinary platform Initiative Wort & Bild. After studying at the German Literature Institute, she is currently a student at the Leipzig Academy of Fine Arts. Unser großes Album elektrischer Tage, which was also staged by the performance group James & Priscilla, is her debut novel about fluid identities in the 21st century.
