Nenad Veličković

Nenad Veličković was born in Sarajevo in 1962. He still lives there today as a university lecturer for literature, writer and publicist. His publications include several novels and short story collections. He has also worked on numerous magazines as a co-founder, editor and contributor. Some of his novels have been published in German, Italian, Hungarian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, English, Polish, Slovakian and Slovenian translations. Nenad Veličković is editor of the magazines Školegijum (Sarajevo) and Tekstura (Belgrade), initiator and editor of the edition Lektira narodu and columnist for Deutsche Welle. As co-owner of the literary workshop Omnibus, he has published more than 20 books.
