Ausgewählte Schriften: Illuminationen

Based on Walter Benjamin′s Ausgewählten Schriften [Selected Writings] (Suhrkamp 1972, 1974, 1977) the translator Katerina Josifoska has compiled a selection of the most important essays of this author, which thanks to this translation can now be read in Macedonian for the first time. Benjamin‘s prose cannot be labelled, cannot be put into a formula: it encompasses all literary forms, from the profound scientific essay to the “conceptualisation” and to the sharpened aphorism.
