Two lives, one childhood: Ricky and Arben grow up in the province of Kosovo, mainly inhabited by Albanians. They feel the lethargy of life in the back of beyond more than they know. And even if they hardly have anything in common, one desire units them: a better future. By different paths they both finally reach Germany, where they meet one another. Only the foreignness remains of the glamour though. In a tragicomic way the strange pair tries not to lose sight of their dreams.
