Wolfgang Streeck

Wolfgang Streeck, born in 1946 in Lengerich, is sociologist. From 1995 to 2014, he was director of the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne. His fields of study are comparative political economy and theories of institutional transition. He contributes regularly for the New Left Review.
