Maja Kastelic

Maja Kastelic was born in Slovenia where she studied painting, philosophy and visual art theory. She worked for several years as a restaurateur of frescoes before she started illsutrating children’s books. For her debut book A Boy and a House Maja Kastelic received the White Ravens Award. Her work has been selectect and shown at the illustration fair in Bologna.
