Frane Milčinski – Ježek, born in Ljubljana in 1914, was a Slovenian satirist, children’s author, actor, poet, and singer. His most famous work is the children’s book Zvezdica Zaspanka, which can be found in many a child’s bedroom to this day. He died in Ljubljana in 1988.
