Deniz Ohde

Deniz Ohde, born in Frankfurt am Main in 1988, studied German literature in Leipzig, where she currently lives and works. She was honoured with the Jürgen Ponto Foundation Literature Prize and the aspekte Literature Prize for her debut novel Streulicht, which was on the SPIEGEL bestseller list and shortlisted for the German Book Prize in 2020.
