Bojana Stojanović Pantović, born in 1960 in Belgrade, studied Slovene Literature and Comparative Studies at the University of Belgrade. Since 2004, she has been professor for Comparative Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad. Her work encompasses scientific publications as well as reviews, essays, poetry, and prose. Apart from her work as a writer and researcher, Bojana Stojanović also translates from the Slovene and the English. Among her published translations are those of Bojan Grabovšek, Marko Juvan, Aleš Debeljak, as well as works of English and Irish poetry.
