                                                                            Dimitar Zashev works as an academic and translator in Sofia. From 1967 to 1980, he studied philosophy, history and social sciences in Sofia and Leipzig. He teaches philosophy, cultural studies and aesthetics at various collages. He is a member of Hegel, Simmel, and Schelling Societies, the Society of Daseinanalysis in Vienna, and several Bulgarian philosophical societies. He wrote numerous scientific papers, especially in the field of the history of philosophy. Dimitar Zashev has translated works of Heidegger, Lukács and Jaspers to Bulgarian.
