Milorad Popović

Milorad Popović is a writer, essayist and poet. He was born in Lipa Cucka near Cetinje (Montenegro) in 1957. His first book, the poetry collection Sa trga glodara, was published in 1981. This was followed by numerous other volumes of poetry and a series of essay books. Milorad Popović has received several accolades for his work, including the prestigious Meša Selimović Prize for his novel Karnera.
